Image 1 + 2 look a little underexposed in the shadows. Perhaps you can go into ACR and see if you can lighten them a bit? Overall your exposure, focus, and depth of field look correct.
The picture of the construction site awesome. You managed to make a dirt pile look like a monolithic mountain!
